Solutions Architect, Factor House
Chad Harris is a Solutions Architect at Factor House, bringing 18 years of experience across software engineering, application architecture, and engineering leadership. He has deep hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, high-volume transactional systems, and PCI-compliant architectures, most recently as an Engineering Leader at Block (formerly Square). At Factor House, Chad works directly with global enterprise customers to help them improve how they manage, govern, and observe their real-time data.
Olga Goloshchapova
Engineering Manager, Factor House
Olga Goloshchapova is an Engineering Manager at Factor House, with over a decade of experience leading engineering teams across e-commerce, health tech, and media in Melbourne. Before joining Factor House, she was an Engineering Manager at Mable and at Zepto, and held technical leadership roles at REA Group, Bunnings, and ThoughtWorks. Olga started her career as a Java developer before moving into engineering leadership, and holds a Masters of Science and a Bachelor of Computing from Swinburne University of Technology, where her research focused on automated analysis of evolving Java software systems.
