Expertise
Kylie's expertise spans startup operations, go-to-market strategy, and business development in the data and distributed systems space. She led the company's fundraising process, and has built and led teams across sales, marketing, and customer success. Her earlier career in large-scale event and festival management sharpened her ability to orchestrate complex projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver under pressure, capabilities she has applied directly to scaling Factor House as a fast-growing enterprise software company.
Experience
Kylie co-founded Factor House in 2019 and serves as COO. Before that, she was Director of Operations at Troy-West, a Kafka and Clojure consulting firm, where she managed client relationships, project delivery, and business planning across nearly a decade. Prior to moving into the tech sector, Kylie spent over seven years at Whitehorse City Council as a Festival Coordinator and Arts and Culture Project Officer, managing major community festivals and cultural infrastructure projects. Her earlier career includes event and project management roles in London with Continental Drifts, OutdoorArtsUK, and Remarkable Productions.
